A far cry from a generically "hot" maple syrup, we've infused this product with Merquén: a chili blend from the Mapuche region of Chile. The peppers are ripened to a dark red color to develop rich flavor then slow smoked over a fire. When we infuse them in our maple syrup, all of the profiles of the pepper – the heat, the smokiness and the rich pepper taste are magnified by the caramel tones of the maple.
Amazing as a cooking ingredient for any recipe that calls for a sweet, spicy heat, and delicious when added into cocktails calling for the same flavor profile (spicy margarita, anyone?).
In-Store Pickup
Add items to your cart, and choose Pickup when you checkout! They'll be ready at Westville General the next day (closed Mondays).

Orders are packed in 1-3 days. You will receive tracking when your order is waiting to be picked up by USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back in original condition.
