Wool products may have a little shedding, which is a normal phenomenon and not a quality problem.
Pure handmade products, each one is different, there will be slight differences in size and shape, and the thickness of facial features and threads will also be different.
Please Hand Wash in Cold Water, remove water by Squeezing, do not wring out, so as not to cause product deformation.
In-Store Pickup
Add items to your cart, and choose Pickup when you checkout! They'll be ready at Westville General the next day (closed Mondays).
Shipping Times
Orders are packed in 1-3 days. You will receive tracking when your order is waiting to be picked up by USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back in original condition.
